Glycyrrhetinic acid relieves inflammation: A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent helps relieve inflammation which can cause itching and pain.

Allantoin helps heal cuts: Acceleration of wound healing and repair of tissue.

Vitamin E acetate (Tocopherol acetate) helps relieve blood congestion: Improvement of congestion by promoting peripheral blood circulation.

A hard fat oily base is used, which melts rapidly at body temperature, maximizing the effectiveness of the medicine.
The hard fat oily base is little irritant, making it easy to insert, protecting the affected area ,and helping smooth bowel movements.

Three points of BORRAGINOL

All types of hemorrhoid suppositories naturally fit inside the rectal ampulla when inserted in the anus. However, because internal hemorrhoids and anal fissure , etc., tend to occur in the anus slightly below the rectal ampulla, the suppository must be melted and spread after insertion.

1. Fit inside the rectal ampulla
2. Quickly begin to melt at rectal temperature (approximately 37℃)
3. Spread throughout the rectum, directly delivering the medicine to the affected area

This formulation is designed to work quickly and effectively.

Note: The suppository does not stop at the affected area.

The anus, where hemorrhoids occur, is surrounded by a highly developed two-layered inner and outer sphincter muscles. Because these muscles maintain the appropriate tension to keep the anus closed at all times, they prevent suppositories from stopping directly at the affected area where the hemorrhoids have formed. The suppository either stops inside the rectal ampulla, or will be pushed out if not inserted far enough.

The suppository does not stop at the affected area.

Uses

Relief of pain and itching due to hemorrhoids (piles) and anal fissure

Dosage and directions

Remove the aluminum container, and insert the suppository into the anus at the following dose.

[Precautions of dosage and directions]

(1) If the suppository is too soft, cool it for a while before use.
If the surface of the suppository is too hard during the cold season or when stored at low temperature, warm it by holding with the hand until it becomes smooth.
(2) This product must be used only for the anus.
(3) Use this product strictly as directed under Dosage and directions.
